After completing my B.Comm degree in Investment Manangement I went to work for ABSA Bank where I started my career as a Financial Planner. After a couple of years I moved to Nedbank Private Banking where I was looking after higher net worth clients for a further 2 years. I then decided to move away from the banks and focuss more on growing my own client base and relationships at Wealth Solutions Captial where I have been for the past 5 years. I am currently recognised as Senior Financial Planner but will be an Executive Financial Planner as of the end of this year.
I have completed my Post Grad in Financial Planning through the University of Free State and I await my CFP Board Exam to be able to use the designation of CFP.
I have a passion for growing and creativing wealth for my clients and when I'm not working, I'm either spending time with family, playing Golf or exercising.
Wealth Solutions Capital was originally started in 1999 as a Liberty Life franchise. The company now has over 200 consultants country wide with offices in Bedfordview (H/O), Fourways, Sandton, Pretoria, Umhlanga, Bloemfontein and Cape Town.

Liberty has just launched a new investment opportunity with their flagship Property Fund (Sandton City, Eastgate, Nelson Mandela Square, Melrose Arch to name a few) where they are listing a portion as a REIT to be traded on an exchange. We are offering a 5% discount on the listing price which we be open to the public in December. I feel this is a great opportunity especially given property is not closely correlated to the market.
What effect will the potential downgrade in December have on your investments? I feel it is important to review your current investments to ensure that you are impacted as little as possible.
Is your Buy and Sell or Key Man agreement and policies structured correctly and are you aware of the tax impications? are you deducting premiums?
